Will the court judge be fair for my personal injury motor vehicle accident trial? And the answer is yes.

Court judges are required to be impartial and objective. They cannot be biased in any way towards either party; being the injured victim or the at-fault driver when it comes to a personal injury trial. You can also be rest assured that the judge will not make any remarks during the trial that will come off in any way as biased towards either party.

In a jury trial, the judge is specifically like the referee. The judge will allow certain evidence to be admitted and sent to the jury, and the judge will also allow certain evidence to be inadmissible and not allow the jury to see certain evidence or hear certain testimony.
