Will my personal injury car accident case go to trial? The answer to this question is always asked by every single prospective client or current client that I have. And the answer is a resounding no. Over 99% of the personal injury car accident cases will settle pretrial.

My job is to build a case for the jury trial to make it the best possible trial presentation. When this happens, what usually happens is the car accident victim will get fair and reasonable settlement offers from the at-fault driver's insurance company.

It's important for everybody to remember that even though a car accident injured victim's personal injury claim will likely be filed in court and go through the litigation process, this does not mean that the injured victim's case is going to go to a jury trial and be presented in front of a judge or jury.

It just simply means that the case needs to be moved along, and the at-fault driver's insurance company needs pressure on them to provide the injured victim a fair reasonable settlement offer. This only happens if a lawsuit is filed against their insured, the at-fault driver, and the litigation process progresses.

If you have any questions regarding how an injured victim can bring a serious injury car accident claim in the state of Maryland, feel free to call me. I do this every single day and would love to answer any questions you may have. Thank you.
