Negligent Security – Proving Your Case

Today I want to talk to you about the importance of obtaining prior criminal records for an injured victim's negligent security claim against a property owner, or manager of a convenience store or gas station. If you see my earlier videos, one of the critical things the injured victim needs to show is that the property owner and manager had notice of prior crimes that took place at their convenience store or gas station before the incident involving the injured victim. And it could have been a stabbing, shooting, handgun-related charge, assault, or drug dealing that caused the victim's injury. There's a very easy way to do this, and the injured victim should certainly be represented by a lawyer any time they're bringing a negligent security claim, and subpoenaing the local police department for prior criminal records of that property. The process is very easy and any experienced personal injury lawyer will know how to obtain prior criminal records for the gas station or convenience store rather quickly.

If you have any questions for me about how an injured victim can bring a negligent security personal injury claim against a property owner or manager or a convenience store or gas station, feel free to call me. I do this every single day. I would love to answer any questions that you may have.
